Alternatively, we do have a stocked General Store that offers a wide range of produce and products on island should you prefer to organise your shopping requirements when on island.

It is important to note that this is an optional service you may wish to take advantage of. Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are in no way affiliated with Faust IGA Proserpine therefore we do not accept any responsibility for your groceries and their subsequent delivery.

The following guidelines will also apply when ordering goods to be delivered to your Holiday Home:

1. All goods must be labelled with your properties address to ensure they are delivered direct to the property and not our reception area.
2. Goods must not be delivered any earlier than 2:00pm on the day of your arrival. It is recommended that you organise for your goods to be delivered the day after your arrival to ensure that you are in house and able to accept delivery of these goods.
3. Goods that are delivered prior to 2:00pm on the day of your arrival will incur a $50.00 delivery fee should HIHH staff need to deliver to your holiday home. HIHH accept no responsibility for your goods and do not have the facilities to store cold items on your behalf. This is at your risk.
4. Goods sent prior to your arrival increases the chances of goods spoiling and is not advisable
