Our housekeeping department take pride in the standard of cleanliness they maintain and understand that the necessary checks and balances need to be in place to monitor and control our high standard. This includes the property being inspected by a supervisor once it has been cleaned as well as a double check of your apartment prior to your next guest arrival to ensure that it presents impeccably.

Properties under our management receive the following services included in our standard cleaning program.

For properties outside of our management that are either locked up for exclusive use or currently in residence, we can offer the following cleaning services.

1. Washing and dusting all reasonable accessible surfaces and furniture
2. Vacuuming and mopping internal and external floors including balconies and terraces
3. Washing windows, glass doors and balcony panels (where safely accessible from the ground)
4. Barbeque cleaning
5. Tile scrubbing using industrial machinery and chemicals
6. Cleaning of leather, vinyl and fabric sofas and armchairs
7. Removing scuffmarks off walls
