Darren Krause - Property Manager

Darrens experience entails 10 years within the real estate industry specialising in permanent and holiday property management. 

His career commenced in Brisbane specialising in riverfront luxury accommodation, as a Senior Property Manager. To support his property management experience, Darren entered into the role of sales consultant for approximately 2 years to garner a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry as well as the market factors that affect properties in both a rental and sales aspect.

Now being established on Hamilton Island, Darren can easily identify the challenges of owning an investment in an island environment, and has used this experience to implement proactive steps to overcome these seamlessly.
