Our team conducts a comprehensive inspection of your property once a guest departs to ensure the meticulous maintenance of your property. This includes ensuring that all inventory items are also checked for their condition to make certain that should there be any damages or stains, the guest is held accountable for the costs. This inspection takes place on the day of guest departure so that the issue may be addressed with the guest while they are still on island.

Due to the high turnover of guests in your property we also implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that your property is maintained at the highest level.  These programs include the property being inspected prior to every guest arrival to ensure that it is in the best condition possible for your guest when they arrive. This is done for a low monthly cost to save you money in the long term.
